What You'd Own

• Build and lead the talent acquisition function for the Philippines market — structure, process, team
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business growth plans into a hiring roadmap
• Set the standard for how the company recruits — quality bar, candidate experience, hiring manager capability
• Hire, coach, and develop a small TA team as headcount scale...
