Own the Canada/US distribution network strategy including the role of import hubs and regional DCs
Set the inbound and outbound transportation strategy providing a clear decision frameworks around the internal vs outsourced decisions across final mile and warehousing
Lead executive-level negotiations and strategic relationships with ocean carriers, 3PLs, customs brokers, parcel and courier carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Canada Post, Purolator), final-mile delivery operators, and retailer routing partners
