Initiates and leads Global (SIOP) Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning Process
Builds, mentors, and retains high-performing teams and drive engagement through transparent communication, recognition, and professional development
Sets make vs. buy and make/buy location strategy in conjunction with other key stakeholders; increase % parts coming from low cost regions.
Lead Inventory Reduction Initiative including E&O management, outsourcing, etc.
