Key Responsibilities

• Line leadership and team growth – manage, develop and grow a team of approximately 15 SMO professionals.
• Capability building – ensure staff are trained, compliant, and equipped with current skills and tools.
• Project delivery excellence – allocate appropriately skilled personnel to study teams to meet time, quality and budget targets.
