Director, Solutions Engineering — Data Activation & GTM

Hightouch is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to mentor and grow a high‑performing team of engineers. You will collaborate with AEs to deliver tailored demonstrations and POCs, developing deep technical knowledge in Data Activation, CDP, and data warehousing.

You will architect customer solutions, design playbooks and tools, and drive initiatives to scale the Solutions Engineering org while ensuring exceptional customer experiences across revenue pilots and closing phases.
