Responsibilities
- Contribute to and shape the solutions design strategy, aligning with business objectives, market trends, product development, and Group policies.
- Evaluate business risks and translate bid strategies and customer requirements into actionable solution plans, particularly for complex, high‑value tenders.
- Lead a functional workstream to establish standards, enhance capabilities, and drive knowledge sharing across the region.
- Prioritize and manage pipeline activities including bids, renewals, and operational requests, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Partner with Business Development teams and customers to manage expectations, resolve exceptions, and track bid success and solution performance.
- Champion the adoption and continuous improvement of global tools within the Centre of Excellence (COE) / SME community.
