Key Responsibilities


Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define annual and quarterly sales plans.
  • Lead territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
  • Drive GTM design including segmentation, coverage models, and channel strategy.
  • Support strategic account planning processes.


Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Own forecasting cadence and pipeline governance.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking models.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly business reviews (QBRs/MBRs).
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights.


Process Optimization & Systems

  • Lead CRM governance (Salesforce or similar).
