Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Partner with Sales Leadership to define annual and quarterly sales plans.
- Lead territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
- Drive GTM design including segmentation, coverage models, and channel strategy.
- Support strategic account planning processes.
Forecasting & Performance Management
- Own forecasting cadence and pipeline governance.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking models.
- Conduct weekly/monthly business reviews (QBRs/MBRs).
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights.
Process Optimization & Systems
- Lead CRM governance (Salesforce or similar).
- Optimize sales processes from lead-to-close.
