Job Description – Sales Director
1. Annual Sales Plan
Create Sales Priorities for the company.
Work with the Marketing team to develop and implement key selling initiatives for company’s Events.
Create and ensure achievement of net sales figures, establish targets and evaluate budgets of company’s Events.
2. Sales Strategy
● Lead the forecasting process for the Sales Team-Responsible for developing, implementing and establishing effective sales targets and objectives by creating and developing annual sales strategies across territories and projecting expected sales volumes (in sq metres).
● Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for Events.
Implement a national sales program for the company by developing field sales action plans in consultation with Project Directors and management.
