Tax Resource Management (RM) Leader
is a member of the Tax operations team and the Canadian RM executive team, supporting the RM strategy to effectively deploy client-serving professionals contributing to their development, their inclusive deployment and the effective/comprehensive project staffing of Tax engagements within Canada. This position will direct and manage the Tax RM team and requires building strong trust relationships with multiple stakeholders and leaders to successfully execute all aspects of this role. Reports to Canadian RM Leader.
Your key responsibilities
Oversees the deployment of all Tax resources, aligning resources with strategic plans, analyzing operational results and promoting the experiences and development of staff while adhering to all risk management guidelines
