Director, Reliability Engineering (North York)

Job Summary

The Director, Reliability Engineering is responsible for implementing and leading strategies to maximize uptime, performance and lifespan of assets, and reducing likelihood of failure by applying reliability engineering principles across all Apotex Global Operations (AGO) global sites. This role defines, develops and executes the Reliability Strategy for all GMP and non‑GMP assets critical to operations across all AGO sites, working with international site engineering leads to strengthen and harmonize the reliability program, ensuring alignment of practices and synergy globally. It leads root cause analysis and corrective action, drives predictive and preventive maintenance programs, implements digital reliability tools, and optimizes asset performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.
