eBay’s Regulatory Initiatives team sits at the intersection of policy, product, and customer experience—owning some of the most complex, high‑stakes challenges facing the marketplace today. We design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that enable eBay and its global seller base to comply with rapidly evolving regulations (e.g., customs, tariffs), while preserving a seamless buyer and seller experience. The scope and impact of this work are significant, shaping core marketplace flows and influencing how millions of customers transact globally.
