The Director, Recruitment is responsible for building and leading a high-performing admissions and recruitment team in support of St. George’s University School of Medicine (SOM) an (https://sgu.csod.com/ATS/JobRequisition/JobRequisition.aspx?new=1&rrid=1430&rrtid=317&rd=3#) d School of Veterinary Medicine (SVM). This leader manages a geographically dispersed team across multiple territories and program offerings, ensuring SGU delivers a compelling, data-driven recruitment strategy that maximizes yield and drives results. The Director, Recruitment collaborates closely with the Executive Director, Admissions, the Vice President of Student Recruitment, and the Directors of Admissions for Med/Vet. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, strong people leader, and results-driven operator who leverages data and process discipline to achieve outcomes and advance SGU’s mission.
