Responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans for a specific segment of the recruitment organization (e.g., executive, exempt, non‑exempt, campus, diversity, distinct line of business) or leading horizontal initiatives that benefit the entire recruiting organization.
General Responsibilities- Lead and manage the recruiting team – coach, develop, and mentor direct and indirect reports.
- Consult and interact with business clients.
