Overview
The Director of Recruiting will lead the recruitment strategy, supervise staff, develop policies, and ensure the effective staffing of the university.
Responsibilities
- Assign projects to subordinates and staff related to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations.
- Direct and control daily operations and oversee the preparation of reports.
- Motivate and coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and advise senior management.
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies and communication plans.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures and manage the budget and expenditures.
- Recruit and hire staff, and supervise 3‑4 people.
