Director QHSE Management Systems and PMO (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Provide global governance for the Quality Management System, ensuring each business area implements and maintains compliance with ISO standards and IMS requirements.
• Lead the Global QHSE PMO responsible for coordinating, planning, and tracking QHSE-wide programs.
• Oversee the structured rollout and implementation of the Full Quality Transformation (Phases 1 & 2) across all business units, without directly executing quality tasks.
• Govern global VOC processes, Quality Forum routines, and Quality Loop mechanisms to ensure business areas identify, prioritize, and act on systemic customer issues.
• Provide governance and PMO oversight for global FMEA revitalization, starting with PFMEA, ensuring consistent adoption by operational teams.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and local operational teams to track quality risks, supplier development initiatives, and improvement plans.
