The Legal Entity Lead, Canada is a critical position for Team Canada, accountable for creating and managing the framework for work done on behalf of Canada by the enterprise, ensuring strong governance, prudent financial management, and strong risk management. Responsibilities
Set up and lead the infrastructure and resources needed to support expansion work in Canada. Lead existing work and ensure it aligns with the principles and evolving needs of the infrastructure. Maintain and improve the intake process to identify and manage Canada’s response to new and evolving requests. Own the Canada Shared Services intake process, acting as a front door to new intent and facilitating the approval process through Senior Leadership Team. Create structured systems to solve issues, remove roadblocks, drive accountability in Canada and the enterprise, and keep leadership updated.
