Director, Professional Services PMO

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Director, Professional Services PMO to lead the strategic and operational execution of our PMO function within an assigned region. This role is responsible for driving adoption of global PMO standards, methodologies, and governance practices while partnering closely with regional delivery leadership to improve execution quality, delivery predictability, and portfolio health. Reporting to the VP of PMO, this leader serves as the regional point of contact for delivery governance, project quality, operational reporting, and continuous improvement. The role partners closely with Delivery Leadership, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to ensure projects are well planned, governed effectively, and consistently delivered in alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
