Key Responsibilities
Operations & Production Leadership
- Provide overall leadership for manufacturing operations, production execution, site activities, and safety performance.
- Lead a non‑union workforce of approximately 100–160 employees operating across multiple shifts.
- Ensure efficient coordination between manufacturing, field operations, installation teams, service functions, and warranty operations.
