What you'll be doing

As Director, Product – Workflow Orchestration & Platform Engineering, you will be a key leader within the Personal and Business Banking team, reporting to the Vice President, Strategy, Modernization and Optimization. Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for Simplii’s workflow orchestration platform, enabling both internal operational workflows and external client‑facing journeys to be composed, integrated, and delivered quickly, safely, and consistently. Translate consumer needs, architecture standards, security/IAM requirements, and business priorities into a clear product roadmap and prioritized backlog for a cross‑functional squad. Build and evolve reusable workflow and orchestration building blocks, ensuring cross‑cutting platform controls, and drive architectural evolution, including AI agent workflow enablement.
