Job Description: Director, Product - Growth & Presales

The Role

As Director, Product - Growth & Presales , you will own product outcomes across the top of the customer funnel - from organic traffic and digital lead generation through lead qualification, scoring, and visit scheduling. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role in a fast-scaling, multi-channel environment, where product decisions directly affect CAC, lead quality, and the volume and quality of visits that feed the sales engine.

You will lead a pod of PMs across Growth and Presales tracks, working across a complex internal stakeholder map - digital marketing, channel partners, experience centres, franchisees, and lead relationship teams, each of which generates and nurtures leads through different channels with different incentives.
