Job Summary The
Director, Product Delivery & Strategic Enablement
leads teams of product professionals responsible for executing, supporting, and scaling medication management solutions across all customer segments.
This role combines people leadership, delivery oversight, and strategic enablement within a project‑based operating model. Team members may, depending on initiative scope and expertise, directly manage product roadmaps and backlogs or contribute to cross‑functional projects led by Lead Customer Solutions and/or Lead Product Solutions.
In addition to delivery accountability, the Director acts as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing structured insight on execution realities, capacity, risks, and trade‑offs to inform portfolio‑level and organizational decisions.
