Director – Procurement & Contracts

We are seeking an experienced Director – Procurement & Contracts to lead the organization's contracts and procurement function. The role is responsible for developing commercial strategies, overseeing the complete contract lifecycle, driving procurement excellence, managing supplier relationships, mitigating contractual risks, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery within the real estate/construction sector.

Strategic Contracts & Commercial Management

• Develop and implement the overall contracts and procurement strategy.
• Establish standardized contract frameworks, governance, and risk management processes.
