Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Director, Preconstruction to lead all estimating and preconstruction functions across our ICI construction projects. This role is critical in shaping project success from early engagement through contract award, ensuring accurate cost planning, strong client relationships, and alignment with the company’s values.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and brings deep knowledge of the GTA construction market, trade dynamics, and alternative delivery models such as Design‑Build and Construction Management.
