Director, Portfolio Strategy & Market Insights The Director, Portfolio Strategy & Market Insights, is a member of the Global Commercial Strategy & Planning team and serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. The role leads enterprise-wide investment governance, portfolio prioritization, and decision support to enable long-term growth. The Director also oversees the Market Insights capability, ensuring insights directly inform portfolio decisions, commercial strategy, and resource allocation.

Major Responsibilities

Leads the design and governance of enterprise-wide investment strategy and portfolio prioritization, shaping critical resource allocation decisions across R&D, capital investments and commercial initiatives to enable delivery of the organization’s long-range growth strategy.

Partners with senior leadership to define investment trade-offs, ensuring alignment to corporate strategy, risk tolerance, and long-term value creation.
