Join Mondelèz International and lead HR strategy across Canada's manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution network. Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders across all sites to align people decisions with business objectives and support site roadmaps.
• Oversee multi‑site labor relations strategy, including communication, works council relations, and compliance.
