Director, Partner Activation & Growth (LAC)

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Partner Activation & Commercialization for the Latin America & Caribbean region based in Mexico City. You will drive activation of strategic partnerships, design scalable go-to-market strategies, and translate complex programs into measurable outcomes such as customer activation and revenue growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships, balancing regional nuances with scalable, repeatable playbooks while ensuring
