Director, Own Brands (m/f/d)

About your tasks:

• Own the full P&L of Redcare Pharmacy's Own Brands business, including revenue growth, profitability, gross margin, and portfolio performance.

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for the Redcare and nu3 brands across multiple European markets.

• Own the end-to-end value chain from portfolio strategy and product innovation through product development, sourcing, quality, supply readiness, launch, and lifecycle management.

• Lead and further develop the Own Brands organization while orchestrating execution across cross-functional teams that are largely outside your direct reporting line.

• Build strong partnerships with Category Management, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execu...
