We’re supporting a leading real estate debt platform as it expands its presence in Spain, with the appointment of a senior origination and execution professional. This is a high-impact, front-end role focused on building a high-volume bridging finance platform across the sub-€10m market. The position offers full deal lifecycle ownership — from generating opportunities through to execution.

The Opportunity

• Lead origination of short-term real estate debt transactions across Spain
• Build and leverage relationships with developers, investors, brokers and intermediaries
• Drive a consistent pipeline of high-volume lending opportunities
• Execute transactions end-to-end, from initial screening through to completion
• Contribute to establishing and scaling a lending platform in a growing market
