Reporting to the VP Operations, the Director, Operations involves being responsible and ensuring that all operational processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives for the organization.
Working closely with various senior management positions, the Director, Operations will provide strategic leadership and direction to develop, improve and implement high productivity and quality standards in a safe and healthy work environment.
