Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead the Cluster Project System Reporting (PSR) organization, encompassing the Project Management Office (PMO) & Project Teams, System & Digitalization Team, Factory Master Data Management Team, and AI Enablement Team, while cultivating talent, driving succession planning, and building a world‑class team capable of navigating global complexities.
• Drive digital transformation by eliminating dependency on manual spreadsheet‑based processes, implementing scalable planning platforms, developing next‑generation dashboards and reporting tools for real‑time decision‑making, and leveraging AI and automation to enhance speed, transparency, and operational efficiency.
