The **Director, Operations** will play a critical role within the extended senior leadership team, leading global operations strategy and execution with a primary focus on the Hermosillo Plant. The role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for key operational metrics, including product quality, delivery performance, lead time, cost management, inventory investment, and capital expenditures, driving sustainable growth.
