Director, Operations - E-Commerce, Vaughan Fulfillment Center

As Director of Operations, E‑Commerce – Vaughan Fulfillment Center, you’ll lead one of our most advanced, high‑volume automated sites at the heart of our e‑commerce business. This high‑visibility leadership role involves shaping strategy, driving operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while owning full site performance and financial results.

Responsibilities

Lead the day‑to‑day operations of a state‑of‑the‑art fulfillment center

Own site performance, including P&L accountability, to deliver on e‑commerce growth and profitability targets

Leverage advanced warehouse management systems (Ocado) to optimize product availability, accuracy, freshness, and waste reduction

Continuously improve performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people metrics

Partner with forecasting, replenishment, and delivery teams to maximize site capacity and dock utilization
