Director, Operational Resilience

What is the Opportunity?

The Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) is seeking a Director of Operational Resilience to lead enterprise-wide operational resilience and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs across RBC's platforms. In this role, you will drive the strategic vision, long‑term operational model, and program governance to elevate BCM quality, ensure business consistency, and establish RBC as best‑in‑class in organizational preparedness and response to disruptions. You will work at the intersection of multiple platforms and business units, establishing standardized methodologies and embedding a culture of operational excellence while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
