Job Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support the Travel Designers sales team.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new candidates for sales team roles.
- Review incoming travel requests and assign them efficiently across the sales team.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of sales team output.
- Support the team in closing travel packages when required.
- Monitor and help resolve sales-related issues with suppliers.
- Assist with client support during travel when necessary.
- Develop, optimize, and implement sales tools and processes.
- Coordinate special inventory promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.
