Director of Services

Reporting to the Executive Director , the Director of Services provides strategic and operational leadership for child and family services programs, ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive services that promote the safety, well-being, and permanency of children, youth, and families. The position is responsible for overseeing supervisors and program operations, ensuring legislative compliance, service excellence, and alignment with the Agency’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to Unit Supervisors and other direct reports.
• Ensure service delivery, case management practices, and program outcomes meet legislative, regulatory, cultural and Agency standards.
