Director of Research & Development (Semicon)

Our client is looking for an experienced R&D Director to lead cross-regional R&D teams across Singapore and Malaysia, driving the development of next-generation optoelectronic testing equipment and semiconductor automation equipment .

• Coordinate R&D teams in Singapore and Malaysia, including manpower allocation, budget control, performance management, and talent development.
• Serve as the overall technical lead for projects, coordinating domestic and international R&D resources while driving project delivery, technical roadmap planning, and risk management.
• Build standardized R&D processes and compliance systems, including technical specifications, quality standards, and data security guidelines.
• Lead technical engagements with overseas customers, working closely with Application Engineering teams to support technical requirement confirmation, sample testing, and customer acceptance.
