Responsibilities
- Direct, lead, and oversee project management of the portfolio within assigned Business Unit
- Monitor project progress regarding plans, budget, cost tracking, and resource management
- Create and maintain weekly project status for complex budgets including variance analysis
- Establish and grow relationships with client team members
- Create best practices for processes and procedures to monitor project health
- Hire, train, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers
- Set clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for the Project Management Team
Requirements
- Master's degree in Telecommunications or a related field
- Minimum of two years experience in Project Management
- Proven experience leading project management teams for software development products
