Role: Director of Product Responsibilities- Lead a team of PMs, and provide mentorship and coaching.
- Hire and retain top talent
- Conduct strategic analyses, customer/competitor research, and market sizing.
- Own customer journey and continuous evaluation of product-market fit.
- Own and drive the prioritization of the quarterly product roadmap, aligned with our business teams in the region.
- Analyze and lead product performance to meet company goals and targets.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders from tech, operations, sales, marketing, and business teams to ship the right solutions for users problems.
