Director of Product & Programming

WellForHer Pte Ltd (operating the brand Sol) is a Singapore-based digital health platform focused on women's midlife and long-term health across Asia. We combine an expert-reviewed consumer app with a B2B2C model anchored on employers, delivering personalised, expert-led support.

You will lead the product roadmap and discovery for both consumer and employer platforms, collaborating with engineering, UI/UX, and medical teams to deliver clinically sound, compliant digital health solutions.

• Define and own the product roadmap for the consumer application and employer-facing platform to drive strategic growth
• Lead product discovery and user research to identify customer needs and validate product concepts
