Director of Pharma Manufacturing & Site Ops Lead (Visp)

Lonza in Visp, Switzerland, seeks a Manufacturing Lead (Director) to build and run the operations team for the Payload-Linker capacity expansion. You will lead production managers, supervisors and specialists, overseeing readiness and post‑OQ start‑up within the investment project.

After start, you will manage manufacturing execution with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and on‑time delivery. You will drive cost control, budgeting input and regular performance reporting, while leading the
