This role manages our portfolio in the Eastern U.S., comprised of affordable PBS8 and LIHTC apartment communities.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years of experience in Affordable Housing Apartment Operations.
- Dynamic leader, possessing the ability to motivate and lead teams.
- Fully competent with all phases of financial and variance reporting.
- Strong background in Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC.
- Strong knowledge of HUD regulations and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Must have experience with Real-Page/OneSite suite of products and/or related property management software.
