Director of Operations for Cleaning Services

Lead a large portfolio of cleaning operations as the Senior Director of Operations. This full-time role merges leadership, client relations, and operational management across multiple client sites.
As the Senior Director of Operations, you will report to the Vice President, Eastern Canada. Your primary focus will be on guiding a team of Operations Directors while ensuring the delivery of high-quality service across various cleaning contracts. This role also emphasizes financial oversight, employee engagement, and maintaining client satisfaction through strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with clients through engagement

Requirements:
