Director of Operations

The purpose of this job is to manage the operations including:

1. Plant Department
2. Safety Department
3. Planning Department
4. Operations Department
5. Procurement Department

Responsibilities

1. Manage the various aspects of ongoing projects through coordination with Operations Managers and Project Managers.
2. Conduct meeting with Operations Managers and Project Managers regarding operation disruption and review reports from each department.
3. Visit sites regularly to supervise the work progress and provide necessary assistance.
4. Review relations and such related aspects with consultants and owners.
5. Review the coverage, terms and conditions of the Sub-contractor agreement.
6. Participate in negotiation and agreement finalization of Sub-contractors.
7. Provide support for initiatives that aim to enhance the overall control and performance of the projects.
