Overview: This role is responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of a number of campaigns along with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and staff assigned to these programs.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency.
- Be responsible for regular and often daily interactions with all the company departments/campaign team leaders and the whole management team.
- Maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management.
- Manage and staff the operations assigned.
- Be responsible for all aspects of operations including monitoring operations staffing, providing temporary coverage and training; provisioning excellent clientele service, problem resolution, and related activities.
