Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to lead market intelligence, brand strategy, and product positioning to drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of retailers, categories, products, competitors, and consumer behavior—and the ability to turn those insights into actionable strategies that strengthen existing business and uncover new opportunities.
The Director of Marketing will influence the long-term product roadmap, guide pricing and margin strategies, and ensure assortments are aligned with market needs. They will also create marketing and sales tools, storytelling, and materials that enable the Sales team to effectively communicate product value, category opportunities, and market insights to retail partners.
