The Director of industrial technical resources reports to the Vice President, Industrial. They coordinate and supervise Service Managers and Supervisors in mechanical, electrical, piping, and control disciplines assigned across various projects.
What you will do
- Act as the manager of their team
- Coordinate with Project Directors and the Operations Director regarding staffing needs for site supervision in mechanical, electrical, piping, and control disciplines
- Provide professional follow-up and performance management for each Team Lead and Site Supervisor
- Monitor and support career development plans for Service Managers and Supervisors in collaboration with the VP, Industrial
- Assign Service Managers and Site Supervisors based on project needs and individual competencies
