Overview

Project Superintendent – Commercial Construction, Pickering, ON. Full-time position requiring site supervision and coordination on commercial/ICI projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision for commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials, and field operations to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project team to resolve field issues and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/ICI construction with demonstrated leadership on active sites.
