**Job Summary**
The Director of Facilities is responsible for the oversight, management, and strategic planning of facilities operations across Mexico.
This includes ensuring all facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with company goals.
The role focuses on day-to-day operations, maintenance, capital project support, and sustainability efforts, while leading a team and coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to meet operational needs and regulatory requirements in Mexico.
The Director will also ensure facilities are adequately staffed to support production and logistics and that facility design and operations enable effective product flow and service delivery.
