As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for all AgeCare community services operations. Your leadership will help maintain high-quality care standards and ensure effective resource allocation. Collaboratively, you will steer a sizable multidisciplinary team, manage operational costs, and uphold AgeCare’s core values of trust and respect towards residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business planning and quality outcomes for the community
• Allocate and manage operational budgets efficiently
• Motivate and guide staff towards high performance
• Oversee contract management and outcome measurements
• Present reports to stakeholders about service performance
Requirements:
• University degree in Health or related fields
• Minimum five years of health management experience
